Welcome to Nerd Honey! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from My Store , you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, photos, and details for all products listed. However:

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

All items are sold as-is; minor imperfections may occur on collectibles due to manufacturing or packaging.

Mystery and surprise sets are non-selectable and final once fulfilled.

2. Payment & Order Acceptance

All prices are listed in USD.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including those with incorrect pricing or suspected fraud.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is considered accepted.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the U.S. and to select international destinations.

Once an item leaves our facility, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Nerd Honey LLC is not liable for delays, lost packages, or customs issues. Claims must be filed with the carrier.

4. Refund & Return Policy

Please review this policy before placing your order.

Final-Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Signed comics and other signed items
• Limited-edition items
• Exclusive releases
• Limited-edition art prints
• Mystery and surprise sets

These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges once your order has been fulfilled.

Comic Condition and Professional Grading

Nerd Honey does not guarantee that a comic will receive a specific grade from a professional grading service. Grading is subjective and determined solely by the grading service.

Minor cosmetic imperfections, such as small rolls, minor spine ticks, superficial blemishes, or minor printer issues, are not grounds for a refund, credit, or replacement.

Return-Eligible Items

Unsigned, non-limited, standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Buyers are responsible for shipping returned items back and paying the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, contact the shipping provider to file a claim.

If you receive an item that differs from the listing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We’ll review your claim and determine an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, the order may enter fulfillment and cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Promotions, Giveaways & Discounts

Giveaway winners are selected at random and will be contacted directly.

Giveaways are not redeemable for cash or substitutions.

Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively or combined unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including product names, branding, logos, images, and text—is the property of Nerd Honey LLC and protected under U.S. intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, modified, or redistributed without written consent

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Nerd Honey LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any product purchased.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, or using automated tools to disrupt site function or manipulate product listings.
