Once an item leaves our facility, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Nerd Honey LLC is not liable for delays, lost packages, or customs issues. Claims must be filed with the carrier.
4. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of collectibles and surprise products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
5. Promotions, Giveaways & Discounts
Giveaway winners are selected at random and will be contacted directly.
Giveaways are not redeemable for cash or substitutions.
Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively or combined unless otherwise stated.
