Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Limited-edition drops and pre-orders may have extended processing times, which will be noted on the product page.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via USPS for standard domestic orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
International Shipping We ship internationally via DHL Express. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery is 5–14 business days depending on destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages Nerd Honey is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier and then reach out to us at [your support email].
P.O. Boxes USPS domestic shipments can be delivered to P.O. Boxes. DHL Express international shipments cannot.
